assignment.

The role of the Teammate in the success of the Injury and Illness Prevention
Program.
General training to cover hazards basic to all workplaces and specific training in
hazards unique to the teammates job assignment. OSHA-30 for Field
Teammates.
Information on hazardous materials the Teammate, fellow tradespeople and the
public may be exposed to and how to request and/or provide SDS information if
questions arise.
Training or retraining (if needed) on how to properly use and maintain personal
protective equipment when it is required by the Teammate's job assignment
and/or others subject to the Teammate’s direction. Retraining is deemed
necessary by the Chief Safety Officer of TXC.
Regular safety meetings to reinforce initial training and provide additional
training for new or previously undiscovered hazards.
Procedures to be followed in the event of injury or other emergency.

RECORDKEEPING WILL INCLUDE:

Documentation of initial training provided to each Teammate, fellow
tradespeople and the public, and documentation of additional training resulting
from changes in the Code of Safe Practices or changes in the Teammate's job
assignment.
Documentation of regular workplace inspections conducted by supervisors
and/or or other management personnel. Corrective action taken as a result of
these inspections will also be documented.
A completed "Supervisor Report of Injury" form for each reportable incident.
