13.04 COMPRESSED GAS CYLINDERS
TEAMWRKX Construction, Inc. teammates do not perform work with compressed gas
cylinders, but should be aware of the safety measures that should be taken around them.
Before using or touching a compressed gas cylinder, it is of paramount importance to
visually inspect the cylinder to confirm if it is safe for use. The following guidelines apply:
x First, all compressed gas cylinders must be clearly identified. The cylinders must
be clearly labeled with an adhesive label, stenciled onto the cylinder, or
stamped. The content must be legibly identifiable by name. If the cylinder’s
contents cannot be verified it must be presumed dangerous and returned to the
vendor who brought the cylinder to the site for its removal and rebranding.
TEAMWRKX teammates cannot relabel and complete this task without the
vendor’s assistance.
