All teammates must be trained in powerline safety per OSHA 1926.1408 (g).
Equipment traveling under or near a powerline must:
x Have a lowered boom/mast and support system.
x Obey minimum clearance distances set in Table T.
x Reduce speeds to minimize breaching.
x Use a dedicated spotter if closer than 20 feet.
x Illuminate or identify the power lines at night.
x Identify and use a safe path of travel.

13.09 EMERGENCY PROCEDURES

On job sites away from the main office, every Teammate shall be aware of the
exact location of the site and nearest main cross streets. This will enable you to
provide quick and accurate directions to emergency equipment and personnel.
On job sites, every Teammate should be aware of the nearest phone or radio
and know the proper emergency numbers to be called.
Seriously injured persons should not be moved, except from a dangerous area,
and then with great care and gentleness.
Always know where the nearest hospital and/or emergency facility is located.
13.10 FALL PROTECTION & PREVENTION
According to OSHA, the highest amount of fatalities in the workplace occurs as the direct
or indirect result of a fall and lack of fall protection. Here at TEAMWRKX Construction, we
approach our work with the intent of protecting all our teammates and the community
from harm; this process begins with properly identifying any and all fall hazards. A Fall
Hazard is a situation in which a person can lose their footing and fall a finite distance to a
surface below. OSHA defines the distance where someone must be protected from falling
or wear fall protection is where said person is working at a height of 6’ above the lower
level. Furthermore, barriers and/or guardrails must be maintained when working 6’ above
